Our pond de-icers from Scott Aerator provide large ponds with effective protection from ice-overs and will efficiently de-ice water around boat docks, fishing piers and other areas.

Pond de-icers provide a crucial service for ponds that experience frequent freeze-overs throughout winter.  Ponds that freeze over completely can experience harmful water quality problems due to the inability of the pond to exchange gases, meaning expelling harmful gases created by decyaing matter on the bottom and replacing it with beneficial oxygen.  Additionally, water frozen around docks and piers can limit and even prevent boat access.

All of our de-icers come with a 5 year unconditional warranty on motor, oil-free environmentally friendly motor, rugged high-density polyurethane and stainless steel construction, 2 gauge submersible power cord and rugged Hubbell marine plug.
